Contest Brief

I need a logo designed for my accounting firm. I have attached a sample of what I am looking for, but with a few modifications, as outlined below:

1. No watermark
2. I would like the word "Advisors" to be the same size as "Startup Accounting". It should remain centered on the line below.
3. Please have the dollar sign in the cloud be green
4. Please have the dollar sign in the cloud be angled 45 degrees within the cloud
