Contest Brief

Hi, I need a logo for my boutique real estate boutique company. The company is called Clarus Properties; and I would like the logo to look modern, vibrant and sophisticated (looking professional but not excessively serious). Our business will consist on attract investors to lend us money so we can buy old and ugly houses and turn them into beautiful, light and contemporary homes, paying great attention to detail and design.

I need a design made from scratch please, something completely new and fresh. I would like it to wow people as I want to create a brand around it. Remember, its a real estate boutique firm, so it needs to look very attractive with a beautiful design.

I welcome any type of design but nothing that looks like logos that come from a logo pack, it needs to be special and beautiful. I am sure that you can display your talent by creating an amazing logo.
