Contest Brief

I’m refreshing the brand identity of my brokerage, EVERTRUST REALTY, and need a logo that feels classic and timeless while standing out in an upscale real-estate market. The colour palette is set to rich black and metallic-style gold, so please keep every version of the mark within those tones.

PLEASE SIMPLY UPDATE THE EXISTING LOGO DESIGN AS ATTACHED FILE and MAKE IT LOOK MORE PROFESSIONAL.

Key visual cues I want to see:
• A house roof silhouette
• A key motif
• The full name “EVERTRUST REALTY” worked cleanly into the design

You’ll find a rough sample attached that combines a roof positioned over a key head. Feel free to refine that concept or propose an entirely new arrangement—as long as the result remains elegant, legible, and immediately recognisable as real-estate related.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
1. Primary horizontal logo (vector + high-res PNG)
2. Stacked/vertical variant for square spaces
3. Single-colour and reverse versions for dark or light backgrounds
4. Source files: AI or EPS, plus fonts used (or outlines)

I’ll review initial sketches or low-res proofs first, offer feedback, and then approve the final vector package once we’ve nailed the balance of roof, key, and wordmark. Looking forward to seeing your classic black-and-gold ideas come to life.
