Design company word mark logo & business card

Contest Brief

We are looking for a
1. word mark logo for our company name
2. business card design front and back

The logo should be simple, sleek, stylish, fresh, young, contemporary and smart, max 2 colors (has to work in black and white).
This should be a word mark, a stylized, text based mark with the company name. It can be accompanied by abstract art, a unique symbol that represents the business.
The company works in the area of business management consulting and angel funding.

If your entry is chosen, we will want to work with you on future design projects.

Selected winner must provide all IP, original artwork files in standard file formats for printing, posting and editing (size).
The logo must work on digital, print and letter heads (white and black background)
Note that any content boxes must be able to be sized by user
