No need to worry about duplicates, unless you get 5 stars. None of the designs are being awarded the prize. Having 1 star or 4 stars makes no diffrence.

I was using stars, as a way to guide towards a higher quality concept.

I am not being harsh with the rejects. It is just that nobody has followed the guidelines yet and shared a concept design that would make it on dribbble. The submissions so far have been random unrelated projects, screenshots of my wireframe, screenshots of my playbook repository, notes to dm them, and handful of designs that have been of the landing page section have not been up to the quality to make it on the dribbble site.

@azeemnaeem050 you have shared me a google drive link with what you claim are your portfolio items. I know for a fact one of those items is not yours. As I follow that designer on dribbble and actually have it bookmarked myself for another project to use as inspiration.

I know for a fact that dribbble portfolio is not yours also, because I know the guys freelancer profile who owns it.

      @aislambusiness

None of these designs will be on our dribbble profile.

You can pick and choose one of the 6 sections of the landing page.

Follow the mood board for inspiration, and create your own interpretation for it.

In the link you will also find our portfolio shots, which should be used as a baseline for the quality we are looking for.

do we need to only design a mockup image (dribble shot) by using any 1 section from "Contest Dribble Shot Sections" OR first we have to redesign one of the section & then design a mockup image (dribble shot)??

You are welcome to pick and choose any of the 6 sections of a landing page.

Use your own take on it, as long as it adheres to the mood board designs.

You can use our own portfolio shots in the link as a baseline for the level of quality we are looking for.

Not only do you as a contest holder face this challenge that few non-competent freelancers submit random designs, but we do as well, as they eat up our portion of the contest. I'll try to follow the guidelines and submit an entry.

We are using this contest to try and find a designer we can work with long term.

You can view our portfolio in the playbook link, to see some of the work we have done in the past, as a baseline for the quality we are looking for.

We are supposed to redesign any section from the "Contest Dribble Shot Sections" and present it as a dribble shot?

The person I am looking for will have sufficient experience to look at the brief, pick a concept, check out the mood board for inspiration and be able to make a quick concept under 30m. I set the budget at $200 reward to reflect that effort and risk of not being chosen.

This is not something that should take 2 or 3 hours to make.

In all likelihood, I won't be using any of the designs.

Using the contest as a way to find somone I can hire hourly potentially to work on making the entire landing page.

Mainly looking at your past work, and your interpretation to take a rough wireframe concept like this and bring it to life for any of the sections.

But one person or potentially 2, that have met the criteria will be awarded.
