I am looking for a designer who can help me create a modern and functional small office space for administrative work. The office will be less than 100 sq ft in size and needs to be designed in a modern style to include office storage, work space, and guest chair.

Skills and Experience:

- Interior design experience
- Knowledge of modern design principles and aesthetics
- Ability to maximize space in a small office
- Familiarity with ergonomic and functional office furniture
- Proficiency in selecting appropriate lighting fixtures
- Ability to incorporate storage solutions in a small space
