Contest Brief

I need a clean, highly legible “For Lease” sign laid out at 3 ft × 4 ft. The main goal is to grab attention from passing drivers and foot traffic, so bold typography, high contrast colors, and smart hierarchy are essential. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT CLIENT

Deliverables
• Print-ready files at full size (PDF + outlined AI or EPS)
• A scaled JPEG/PNG mock-up for quick preview and online sharing
• Fonts either converted to outlines or supplied with licensing info

Acceptance criteria
• Final art measures exactly 36″ × 48″ with 0.25″ bleed all around
• All text readable from at least 50 ft when printed
• Colors set to CMYK, 300 dpi at full size
