Contest Brief

I am looking for an artist to make a design. Please do not copy a previous design. We a looking for a new design and equivalent or better than the old design.

There are some elements that I want incorporated into the design. I want a new design. You can use previous designs as a reference but we will not be using the old designs. Just adding font print to an old design and showing a t-shirt is NOT what I am looking for.


This is a military theme. The scenario is a group of navy cadets being flown for the first time in military trainer aircraft. Even though the pilots are being as careful as possible, the cadets keep vomiting during the flights. The airplane is called a DAWG, hence its reference to a dog(like a bulldog).

A design that could incorporate all of this would be great.

The elements to be included are:
*T-34 Aircraft only with blue or white paint scheme (reference pictures)
*Detail of the airplane is important. Please use reference picture.
*Instructor Pilot/Bulldog
*Cadet that is in the back looking airsick. Light green or light purple face.
*Naval Base Island with San Diego backdrop
*Humor!!!

      Just to give you an update on how things are going. I appreciate that you are making an original design and I look forward to seeing it. Some have submitted entries with a globe as the back drop/background and I really like that idea. If you could incorporate into the background it would be nice. Some of the entries have Africa on the center of the globe but we are in the United States and that would be more accurate for our globe. Thanks again.

      I really like your idea for the design. Thank you for your entry. Might I make some suggestions? The front character needs to be a dog. "T-34C DAWGS" is what we want to see. The details on the airplane are very important. The globe is a great idea but we operate out of the Untited States so a globe with the Americas instead of Africa would be more receptive to what we are looking for. You are on the right path. A lot of potential here. Thank you.
