Contest Brief

I have an online board game on android, it is live for a few years but it has primitive graphics I prepared up to now. I need a nice design for the game.

For this contest I just want a concept design of the two main screens. I've started a project for the complete work. I will provide additional $250 in that project if I find a design I like. The game is known as rummikub. It is popular in Turkey as "Okey". It is played with four players.
My game has a simple user interface. It has two main screens. I attached the current screens. You can also check the game at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=drokid.androkey

On one of the screens the online users are listed. You can join a player's table by clicking on his name. There are normal, fast and private tables. The colors represent this difference. The gray color means user is not available(table full or not in a game). The orange button on the upper left is to buy coins. You can disregard the text, It is in Turkish.

The other screen is the game screen. You see the tiles in your hand and the tiles throwned by other players. The turn owner is shown by a small arrow, and the number on top of the tiles in the center is the seconds left for the turn owner to play. You can make small changes in this part to represent the turnowner and the time left.

Dimensions are 1920x1080.

I understand that some of you may ask for #sealed but I am also planning to ask my players' opinions for the designs so I need them to be public.
