Contest Brief

I need a home listing product page designed with a very modern UI which may later be created as a Wordpress page that will be for example only. It wont go anywhere but it will have all proper CSS with hover and popups, etc..

The pdf displays what we have one page 1 and 2 with additional directions. The remainder of the pages on the pdf are examples of styles I like. This needs to have native information expected on any listing such as Zillow or Trulia and even standard expectations of any online marketplace. I'm prepared to answer the many questions I know there will be but I'm looking forward to seeing whats to come!
