Contest Brief

I own a marketing firm and we specialize in lead generation. We own a website (www.movermatch.net) where homeowners can get multiple price quotes for professional moving companies. I would like to have a few new pages built to accommodate a moving calculator. For reference, I have attached screenshots of another site. Customers will have the ability to input the details of their move and get an estimate. The site will also have a phone number and a chat option. I will pay the winner $460.00; plus an additional $400.00 to complete all the pages (5 pages total) which will be paid after all pages have been sent.

We do not need a website re-design, we are in need of a moving cost calculator built in addition to the site.

Thank you everyone for submitting your entries. I feel that I need to clarify what we are looking for. This is a moving website. We already have the main pages built out. I am looking for a new landing page for the purpose of calculating a customer's moving quote. So, please maintain the look and feel of the site; while incorporating a calculator into the form itself.
