i have sample of the designs i require. i need two logos please

i also already have a logo but have lost the orginal files so need a remake. for a consultancy and property investment website

1.Need Logo; consultnett property investments.similar if better the sample logo attached but with purple colour theme not yellow

2. similar or better of existing logo but without the red 'u'. with the u straigtend out .sample attached
