We have created an offering memorandum for the sale of an apartment complex. Although it looks ok, we want you to make look amazing. We will be offering $200 to the best design we get. This is Powerpoint so a little improvement on the template can change throughout the whole document. We will be awarding this project quickly and there may be a lot more work coming. Amaze us!
