Contest Brief

I am looking for a logo designer.
We are a construction and landscaping company. Looking for a new logo.

We would like the logo to be just the following words (ICS Inc.) as the building and have the comapny name under the logo "Infinity Construction solution Inc."
Also around the name we would like incorporate excavation equipment IE: Loaders, 12 wheeler, excavators... Equipment along those lines.
We would like to see the logo in silver, blue and black or Black and Neon Green.
If possible the Logo should be something similar to the attached picture.
