Contest Brief

We need a 1 page landing page that will be used in connection with online marketing. The landing page needs to be professional and draw attention from the viewer to get them to fill out the form and submit it. The goal of the landing page is to give some main points on our services (Insurance- Individual, Family, Travel, Student, Maternity, Group) and our benefits ( #1 comparative provider for insurance, world wide service, 5 international offices) and most important will have a contact form so we can get the lead. The form will have the below:

1: Name
2: Email
3: Phone
4: Nationality
5: Country of coverage
5: Type of coverage (Individual, Family, Travel, Student, Maternity, Group)
