Contest Brief

Dance Matchmaker is a game show that uses ballroom dancing to match contestants together. We are looking for talented animators to create a unique logo and animation for our intro scene.

STEP 1: Design &amp; Submit Logo
Top 3 Logo designs (font style and background without animation) will receive cash prizes of $50 CDN each.

STEP 2: Animate Logo (5 - 7 seconds long)
The Best Animator will win a $200 CND cash prize

All winners will be given job preference for future design and animation projects within our productions.

All submissions will be reviewed for consideration; the winner will be featured in our credit reel for season one.

-Fun
-Dance Clubs

-Font colors Red / White / Grey / Black

1st Animation
-Create a unique font for the Dance Matchmaker logo
-Save as a separate .png file with a transparent background
-Create an animation sequence for the logo

2nd Animation
-Create an animation sequence for transition after opener
-The new font you create will be used for both animations
-Utilize current photo of show host

The successful candidates will be chosen based on the marketability and artistry of their animation submissions.

Also, forward any links you have to your previous works, we are interested in seeing what animation styles contestants are capable of to better guide the process.
