Contest Brief

I would like a Logo Design based off a design I will provide. The design was simply pulled off the Internet so I am looking for something a little unique, subtle and modern.

The only design directions I can provide are:
-The logo is for a Estate Agency /Real Estate Agency based in South England
-The symbol is supposed to represent the English Rose
-Our colour scheme Dark Red or Maroon on a white/transparent background, however if you wish to use additional colours, please do at your discretion
-I would like to incorporate the words "Rose Estate Agency" somewhere on the design, either below/next to. I will leave this to your discretion.
-Can I request (on completion) Hi res formats in PNG, TIFF, JPEG (the usual bunch) and any others I might have missed out that you can think of
-The logo will be used on documents, website and social media. So please bear in mind the size and shape of this so that we can be flexible with the design.
-The font is subject to change as well, I am looking for your creative input on what font you think will suit the design, please bear in mind the brand is supposed to represent tradition. The demographic is slightly older and in an affluent area. They are more receptive to this.
