Contest Brief

We are commencing a Prestige Real Estate Sales and Property Management business, focused on high quality waterfront homes. Our target market are wealthy professionals and retirees.
The logo needs to be distinguished, regal, modern and powerful. It will need to be used on business cards, email footers, For Sale signs, Vehicle signage, social media and website (in both landscape and portrait)
The logo is to be predominately blue (R: 49 G: 49 B:77 HTML#31314D) highlight colours gold (R:217 G: 207 B:136 - HTML#D9CF88) and white
I have attached some examples as a guide of designs that appeal to me.

    so all generic stuff of swrill , lucury strips are copied from freepik & added a generic T initial in centre, nothing modern & minimalistic logos are consider, you dont understand a simple concept that colors can be changed easily main thing is moder logo

      colors can be change easily by any designer later on once design approves, main thing is stay away from overused & generic logos.
