The role of the company is broad, and is evolving
• At the moment it is selling house and land packages for small developers.
• Soon….. packaging up different builders houses on land, and selling them as ‘turn-key’ fixed price house.
• Possibly selling complete houses, that developers have built, to open market / the general public.
• Possibly selling “mum’s and Dad’s” houses for them – on the open market / the general public.
The customers who list a house to sell with me
• The developers – who build the houses, want me to sell them.
• Builders who want to increase the number of houses they build each year.
• Mums and dads – referred to me by a builder / happy customer. – who want to sell their existing home so they can build their new home.
Customers who buy my homes.
• Financial planning customers – referred by the financial planners.
• General public – from me advertising on domain.com.au AND physical signage out the front of properties for sale.
The work .
Im looking to get a company logo, in particular for
• Business cards.
• Adds on website
• Newspaper advertising.
• Physical signage.
I will need the logo in two formats - Jpeg under 2 meg, and a hi resolution jpeg (150 DPI) for signage.
I have attached an old logo that i love, from a previous company.
I like the same colours, and feel free to rework that logo.

Please remember to use the colours outlined in the brief..... i attached an old logo from a previous company ( the two colours are like a very dark royal blue, and a gold type colour...please use these colours to WIN.......thanks again.
