I'm looking to modernize a live site: http://www.romulation.net/

I have already mocked up the features that I want to keep, in HTML here: http://52.3.39.231/
What needs to be done is the overall design language, individual pages and a logo.

Sub pages needed:
- Frontpage
- Generic text page

  Sorry to hear that. I can understand your hesitancy then as I'm new to freelancer. I don't know if it would be worth your effort to submit a design now as there's not a lot of time left and some good entries so far.

  Yes that sounds right. Some HTML and CSS already exists as you can see in the link from the description. What I will need is a design PSD and then ideally have that design integrated with my HTML/CSS.

  The design should be integrated with the current bootstrap HTML and CSS. However there's no backend code or javascript required.
