Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my posting.

I'm looking for a LEGENDARY graphics designer to become my THUMBNAIL GUY/GIRL for the long-term!

My Youtube Channel revolves around asking questions and talking about the answers - similar to some of the example thumbnails I've attached.

I need someone who REALLY KNOWS what gets people to click!

** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE **

RELIABLE: Dependable and delivers work within agreed upon deadlines
LONG-TERM: Looking for a consistent long-term arrangement
CREATIVE: Create original concepts / ideas for the thumbnails when required.
CLICK-BAITish: Understanding of what makes something clickable, make thumbnail stand out from the crowd,
ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Please apply to this post with "NotABot" in your application - I like to work with real people!

** THE JOB LONG TERM JOB **

- Need 3 thumbnails per week
- For a minimum of 12 weeks
- Total of 40 thumbnails.

You will receive all the information required on the topic in advanced - you make the thumbnail and deliver.

** THE BUDGET **

My budget is $5 per thumbnail.

** THIS CONTEST + HOW TO WIN THE JOB **
I've provided some different thumbnail examples to give you some inspiration.

The font should be CLEAR - BOLD and grab attention.
The image should be AMAZING - CLEAR - STAND OUT.
Design with a long-term theme in mind.

TO WIN:
- You will design AN ORIGINAL THUMBNAIL TEMPLATE in a similar style to examples.

THE TOPIC:
Will Italy Ever Be The Same After The Pandemic?

- Creativity is welcome, open to all ideas.
- all the thumbnails need to have a consistent THEME/TEMPLATE
- Find a GREAT font - BOLD - CLEAR - ATTRACTIVE

This project pays $15 - I will pay $5 for the thumbnail - as well as $10 bonus for creating the winning design/template. Future thumbnails will pay $5 per thumbnail.

This was a long post - but this will be a long project!
