Contest Brief

Hey all,

We have tons of articles written by our internal editors in rusty English and need to be polished up.

We are holding the contest to find our long term partners.

The article is already in English but need to be improved in various of aspects.

So the workflow is

1. Grab the original article and read through.

2. Polishing up (aka rewrite) in English

3. Send to our Team Lead to review

4. Get Paid

As mentioned, we are only using this to find talent which can be our long term partners.

Cheers,

One more point regarding my entry ( #8 ): I am a native English speaker. I hope you can tell from my entry, which tries to avoid technical terms as much as possible and is written in conversational English.

Thanks Maria. Sorry for the delay in announcing the winners. We are caught with work and deadlines lately, and was not able to check the submissions immediately. We will be sure to go through each entry and pick a winner as soon as possible.

You just want to have the google translate translation be check to sound natural. This could be a project, not a contest. You´re cheating us trying to pay less and avoid the project fee. I´ll report you

This is a contest.. all the details was provided. Even the article was posted for everyone to see. If the participant think that this is unfair for them they have a choice not to join.

We have been working to several translators and writers here for quite a while now. And we are looking for someone to join the team.
we made this to a contest so we can check the writing style of each participant and be able to select the right one. Turning this to a project will limit our reach.

Thanks for taking the interest in our contest.

The sample article had not even been written in rough English, as you said.
