Contest Brief

I am brainstorming ideas on a catchy name/brand for a real estate company I started. We buy property from people in distressed situations. We often times buy them when they need a lot of repairs, and do it in as little as 7 days. We help them find a new place to live. We add solutions to any problems they may have real estate related.

I am looking for a name & logo to build a brand behind. Something that is simple but catchy. All ideas are welcome.
