Contest Brief

I’ve just returned from a two-week NLP Academy immersion in Lagos, Portugal and I’m sitting on a trove of raw photos and videos that deserve to become more than files in a folder. My goal is to turn this material into a run of short, story-driven Instagram clips that position me as a credible, authentic hypnotherapy and NLP coach—polished yet still personal, never cheesy or over-produced.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Sort through all the footage, spot the most compelling moments, and suggest a clear content plan that tells the story of the retreat, my take-aways, and the transformation I offer clients.
• Edit those moments into a series of snackable videos (Reel or similar vertical format, under 90 sec each) with clean cuts, tasteful color grading, on-brand lower-thirds, and burned-in captions so they’re easy to watch without sound.
• Supply the finished files in ready-to-upload Instagram specs (1080×1920, H.264), plus the original project files in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you prefer—so I can repurpose later.
• Deliver a simple guide alongside the videos: suggested posting order, hook lines for each caption, and a handful of relevant hashtags to kick-start reach.

Turnaround: everything packaged and delivered within a month from project start. I’m happy to collaborate on creative direction, but I’m counting on your storytelling eye and social-first editing skills to lead the way. I am looking for someone to create a content pack from my raw footage, including:
Short-form video reels
Instagram Reels / TikTok style
15–60 seconds each
With captions/subtitles
Strong hooks
Clean pacing
Suitable music where appropriate
Photo carousel posts
Using the best photos from the trip
With suggested slide order
Text overlay suggestions if needed
Instagram story content
Short story sequences
Behind-the-scenes style
Simple captions for photos/videos
Content ideas and structure
Tell me what content themes you see in the footage
Suggest which clips/photos should become reels, carousels, stories, or posts
Help create a posting sequence so the content builds a narrative over time

The brand is called Practice Progress.

The goal is to create content that positions me as someone actively developing my skills in NLP, hypnotherapy, coaching, mindset, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth.

You should be able to show me what you are capable of producing and we will undertake further work and negotiate pay for future
