Contest Brief

I’m ready to visualise my entire house in an ultra-modern style and need a complete set of photorealistic 3D renderings to guide the build. Every space—living areas, bedrooms, kitchen and dining, all rooms in between—has to be shown fully furnished, with ceilings, tiles, doors and windows detailed so I can see exactly how each finish will look before anything is ordered.

Here’s what I need from you:
• High-resolution stills for every room, including close-ups of material junctions and lighting features.
• A native model file from your preferred package (3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, SketchUp + Enscape—your choice) so I can revisit the project later if needed.
• Unlimited reasonable revisions during the project; I want freedom to tweak layouts, change furniture selections or swap tile colours until the design feels perfect.
• Final exports ready for both on-screen presentation and print.

I’ll supply floor plans, reference photos and measurements as soon as we start. In return, I’m counting on clear milestone previews so we can catch changes early and keep everything on schedule. i have provided the kitchen exact colours i am looking for and the tiles for the floors i need each space designed and including furniture modern including wardrobes

i also need a balcony on the exterior which allows all the upstairs rooms to open onto balcony as i will remove the patio and replace with balcony that wraps around the house all the way to the front
