Contest Brief

I’m creating a playful yet classic brand called “The Drunken Gnomes Travel Guide,” and I need a logo that can seamlessly swap in the name of any city we feature. Picture a single-color gold design with a vintage feel: a silhouetted gnome—partly traditional, partly whimsical—raising a martini glass in toast.

Key visual notes
• One flat gold tone (ready for foil, embroidery, or digital use)
• The wording should read “The Drunken Gnomes Travel Guide to __________” with the blank easily editable for different cities.
• Gnome silhouette combines the familiar pointy hat and beard with one quirky twist of your choice so it doesn’t look off-the-shelf.
• Martini glass should be clearly recognisable, tilted slightly as if in mid-cheers.
• Works at postcard size and down to avatar size without losing detail.

Deliverables
1. Fully editable vector files (AI, SVG, EPS)
2. High-res PNG with transparent background
3. One-line instructions on how to update the city name in the file
4. Optional black-only version for stamps/monochrome printing

    CH, please be cautious—most submissions may be AI-generated. Many low-quality entrants tend to flood contests with hundreds of AI-created designs in a very short time. A genuine handcrafted design takes time, so multiple completely different submissions posted back-to-back can be a red flag.

    One of the easiest ways to identify this behavior is by using the “Search Entries” feature. Always search the designer’s name to review their submission history, posting frequency, and patterns of mass uploads. If you find a design you like, make it a habit to check the creator first.

    AI-generated artwork may raise copyright and ownership concerns, as legal protections around purely AI-created designs can be limited or unclear in some jurisdictions. This could create potential risks if another party copies the design or if ownership rights are disputed in the future.

    CH, you need to watch out, most entries are going to be AI generated, 99% AI, these scammers will post HUNDREDS of AI images each but you can spot them, watch out for them dropping all entries super fast. Keep in mind a hand crafted design takes time to create, so multiple different entries in a row is impossible. The easiest way to spot them is typing their name into 'Search Entries' so you can see their pattern of spamming and how fast they are posting entries. ALWAYS SEARCH NAMES. I can not stress this enough, every single entry you like the look of, SEARCH NAME.
