Web site for a VoIP phone service company. I would like it to be modern, light, not too cluttered, look reputable, be functional. DO NOT USE ANY SERVER SIDE CODING. NO WORD PRESS or any other CMS. Ideally plain HTML and CSS. Must be able to throw it on any web server and it will work fast and reliable. Must be easy enough to edit menu to be able to add or remove a page. I am ok if i need to change menu on every single page, without any CMS. After initial selection of the winner I will require fully functional web pages, not just images of how it could look.
