Contest Brief

PLEASE read the attached file CAREFULLY.

I have a domain which is to be up and running at the end of project completion.
My requirements are as follows which is dedicated website/app for members (ie. parts recycle companies and individuals) to post used genuine vehicle parts for sale:
Design a MODERN Web Portal that is attractive and inviting.
DESIGN Attractive MODERN Logo, Favicon and full responsive Website for posting recycled/salvaged/used parts for sale.
With ability for buyers to communicate with sellers privately to agree on price and shipping.
It's open market platform where sellers posts their used parts and buyers buy them online, Sellers get intimation and deliver them, Buyers pay to Admin, Admin pays to Sellers, after deducting the percentage and buyer confirming the item is received and in order.
That will include the seller and buyer communicating and agreeing on the price and shipping and finalizing the deal. They agree on whether to pass by in person and finish the deal after visual inspection or to keep the money with the portal and ship the item.
Giving the portal administrator ability to grant permission to certain users to be able to send money, ship and receive money. so not everyone will have this feature.
Categories are "Car Parts, Motorcycle Parts, Accessories, Performance Parts and Wanted Parts" with ability to add more categories.

- Use latest web development technologies and secure PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript for AVOIDING PAGE RELOAD as much possible.
- MySQL database,
- Complete CMS,
- Design pictures for picture slider (4 pictures min.),
- Landing page (Should include login fields and Register button plus Skip button for only browsing website/app without registering or loging-in, include sentences to encourage new comers to register),

=>Default currency to be AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams)
=>Ability to share each product through all social media, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.
=>Prvd a way/system to encourage new members complete their profile details including avatar.
=>Prvd a way to report any abuse or complaint on any member/item.
=>Prvd a rating system to rank members (sellers and buyers),
=>Prvd favorites system,
=>Prvd wishlist,
=>Prvd comparison with up to 6 products.
=>In item view page, click to show contact number.
=>Verify Account through Mobile number by sending SMS to Mobile number.
=>Make all the entry fields, selections and buttons etc. user friendly and have good user experience.
=>Prvd Sending mass emails system for marketing the website.
=>SEO

Ability to magnify pictures to actual/screen size.

To get some idea look at aliexpress.com, alibaba.com, dubizzle.com,
aliexpress present products while hover mouse over a product, stands out, nice.

    Cant believe it already got awarded. I was working on a functionnal one. You are awarding only a non functional one. I dont understand... your title said "Website development and deploying " and not mockup.... You basically just bough an image. I could have done a lot more...

    Guys, to those of you that are objecting for the amount of money paid as a prize, you are probably right that the development of the website should cost more than what is offered, but at the same time you are objecting, I can see that you are participating, if you are really objecting on the amount, the least thing you could do is NOT PARTICIPATING.

    If you extend contest in hope of some developer developing it for you its gonna cost you money and I am pretty sure you wont get any developer to do the work. You obviously cannot cancel it as it is now guaranteed . The best decision is to convert it into a design contest rather than development contest .

    Those who are really experienced, they will never work for full development on this price.
    Dear contest Holder, Please understand, at this price, you might hire someone, but they will never deliver you a site like http://www.alibaba.com/ or https://www.aliexpress.com/.
    Time = money and it needs a huge time to complete such development.
    And the most important thing is security, which is an issue nowadays. With a low budget, you can't secure your site from the hackers.

    I can design an awesome website right from scratch that would be unique to gab customers from the internet which can boost you business by 35% BUT BUT BUT the price is way too low for full development . Do you know how many hours are spent in just making a secure login system ? and on top of that the website requires money transaction so the developer will have to make it way too secure with no loop holes or bugs. Even if someone does your work at this price .... I am doubtful that he will be able to make it that secure .

      Imagine the money loss and reputation loss you will have to face if someone gives you a non-secure website and your clients loose the money so My advice is please get the website built at correct price....from any good developer.........better safe than sorry ......rest is your choice...Regards.
