I am looking for a talented freelancer to help create a modern website re-design for the home page above the fold including navigation. The style should be modern and have dropdown menus. I have a logo that needs to be featured on the home page.

I have attached two logo files. Please use whichever one you think looks best with the design you choose.

Also, I have attached a screenshot of the area of the website that I want redesigned.
