What’s The Promotion is a production/promotions B2B company, that develops effective promotions and videos to drive awareness and ticket purchases for client events and attractions.
So our logo should not be cute, fun or playful, but should show that we are solid and deliver. We utilize the most up-to-date techniques for promoting ticket sales, so we’re a serious business.
We want to focus on the acronym, WTP, but include What’s The Promotion?! in the logo in such a way that we can drop it at any time (once we’re established in our industry). But for now, the full title builds recognition for what the company does.
We should incorporate the color green -- green is money; green is “go.” These types of subtle design directions help to trigger a subconscious action from our target.
The typeface and boldness of the type should illicit action and movement. A good example is the View Maniac logo (attached).
If you think the logo should include a graphic to help convey these traits and what we do, then by all means, include a graphic.
