Be sure you read all of the instructions and look at the attached layout. The finished product must be png & jpg files and the pixels must be 384 X 1056, inches must be 11 X 4. MANY PEOPLE ARE FINDING THAT ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR WILL NOT PRODUCE THE RIGHT PIXELS.
no black or white backgrounds unless we ask for them and you need to use some creative design and do NOT put the wording in a box or in a boring straight line.
