Contest Brief

Hello everyone and welcome to my wordpress football blog project. I am looking for a web designer to create me a highly attractive blog to go alongside my popular social media account. I am a fan of West Ham United, a team located in the east end of London. I am looking to create a fanblog based on that football team. Please search them up before starting the project :)
I am looking to transfer this blog into an interactive online community.
I want to encourage my audience to post feedback and comments, interact with each other, share their ideas, and enhance my content by adding their own information. I would like the design to be clutter free and user friendly. Claret and blue coloured themed is a must! I would like it to look clean and professional looking. I am looking to place a few advertisements on there so please could you design it so that I can put a few around the page.
You can consider adding a forum to the blog because I want to consider participation to comment on the site.
I would like to also connect my own social media accounts (Twitter account, Instagram and Facebook for example)
I would also like it so that other people can post content onto my blog for example if I get a few people working for me, they can easily get access and publish their own articles etc. I would also like my blog to be easily accessible via social media. So add share buttons etc. If you're a very creative person you can even make custom banners for the site etc. 'WESTHAMNOW' is my social media account name.
(If you're a graphic designer that's even better! Prices can be discussed but only if it's reasonable).
