It started small, the way most things do, a designer with a good eye and too much patience for detail. Somewhere along the way, "just design" stopped being enough. A client would love their logo, then ask who's building the site. Then who's writing the words on it. Then who's making sure people actually find it on Google. So the team grew to answer those questions ourselves, instead of handing clients off to someone else halfway through their own project. These days that means a request can start as a napkin sketch and end as a fully working Shopify store, a WordPress site that doesn't crawl, an app in someone's pocket, or a WhatsApp line that answers customers before we've had our coffee. We've built on almost every platform worth building on, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Magento, Framer, not because we collect tools, but because the right platform changes depending on what you're actually trying to do, and we'd rather pick the right one than force-fit the one we know best. Somewhere in between, we still write the copy, manage the socials, edit the photos, and keep the whole thing running long after launch day. What hasn't changed is the instinct from day one: care about the parts people don't notice until they go wrong. A page that loads slow. A checkout that loses a sale. Copy that says nothing. We'd rather lose an hour catching that than let a client find it first.
