This takes place in the forms of workshops and presentations. I cover the areas below. Sleep and sleep management Jet-lag (how to shift phases beforehand and how to mitigate if there is no time beforehand) Bio-psychology of Stress and stress management (and relaxation techniques) Self-talk (how to eliminate negative self-talk and increase positive, motivational, and instructional self-talk) Goal-setting and action planning Imagery (for relaxation, motivation, stress reduction, and performance) Effective tools for learning and revision. I also conduct 1:1 psychological coaching. These sessions can be directed in more bespoke, and individual advice for the above topics or any goal directed behaviour. For example, time management, energy management, assertiveness, health behaviours (such as drinking less or dieting), to name a few.
