The code for it is there, if you right click and view source and search for "refine your search" you can see the code for the menu, it just won't show up on screen. Here is the test page for the new wordpress site that I am trying convert my old site from: test.gametutorials.com. The top 100 customers are determined by looking at all the orders in the ac_Orders table and adding up the total sale amount for each ac_User.
