My gym gets weekly programming through the CrossFit company, CompTrain and loads them manually into another app called TRIIB. One workout at a time. I've attached a screen recording of what the coaches have to do, I'd love to know if there's some sort of software we could get that would help easily load all of these workouts into the TRIIB app for us rather than manually do it.
