Our preference is to use colours that demonstrate the transition from the land to the mountain to the sky. Hey everyone! We're a font foundry who design and release custom created fonts and we're currently looking for a developer to help us on a little side project. Our fonts, which can be downloaded for free on dafont are often used without a valid license. We would need a tool/script/anything to be able to search all google pictures (e.g. like book covers) for some of our fonts. The algorithm needs to detects at least very similar fonts (the same would be ideal) so that we can find the usages of our fonts quickly. We hope this is all understandable and feasible. Unfortunately we don't really know which skills are required to create this so we maybe put in the wrong ones below. Thanks!

Oh yes the font - The main one I have used is Sultan Cafe from Dafont. again feel free to use it or just something similar (mostly it is a retro, 20's prohibition sort of feel I am going for). It is important to remember that this is a small scale product that will always be hand made in tiny little batches. Last thing, something on the label is quite likely going to be either embossed or metallic or with some kind of effect to help it stand out.

I'd like you to search the web for what the most popular fonts are, using any research, site rankings (e.g. on dafont / myFonts), blog posts or other information you can find, to collate into a simple and digestible report. Im looking for a script that will preview fonts on my server on a website - see dafont . com for example. I must be able to add, remove and change fonts for the script and the visitor on the website should be able to write a text and have it shown with the different font. I would prefer if the text was updated automatically - NO JAVA THOUGH. It is important that the script can show the text with fonts that are not installed on the visitors computer. I would also like to be able to use fonts by putting them in the same map as the script and don´t be forced to install them on my server.
