I currently use the MLS IDX solution with , but I want to customize my website so that I can bring in featured listings without data reentry. Hence I will allow the user to use both options. I have looked at RETSconnector and EZRETS. Ezrets seems pretty simple, but I need a way to work efficiently with photos as well. I currently use IDX as a separate application on my website, but want to be able to basically import all tables and photos into an access database. I might be able to be convinced to switch to SQL if it is necessary. I guess EZRETS would work find, but I need some code to work with photos. Once my data and photos are housed and able to be queried, I should be able to take it there, but may require some help setting up asp on my website.
