I'm looking for a creative designer to recreate an AI designed informational brochure aimed at potential clients so it can be formatted for professional printing

I have a finished logo that already feels close to right. The colour palette in the file should remain similar but the logo should have crisper lines, tidier spacing and an overall lift so it reads as current without losing its familiar look. The goal is to modernize the current logo. The flyer attached shows the colors that should be included. Please see the attached flyer to ensure you are using the right colors. Libre Baskerville is the typeface in the live artwork; I’m open to keeping it or shifting to a better-matched serif that still evokes the same tone, so long as the change feels evolutionary, not drastic.
