I have a 25 x 30 ft ground-floor MS structure room that needs a clean, modern exterior elevation only. The front façade is fully glazed and a portion of the roof will be glass as well, so glass and metal must feature prominently in the design language. You’ll have my CAD file to start from, plus a couple of reference images to show the aesthetic I’m after.
