Small control system requiring programming and assistance on site
The project consists in monitoring and controlling of lighting system, irrigation system
We are looking to do troubleshoot our existing program and do some modifications so we need 4 to 5 days of PLC programming in Siemens S7 200(Microwin) and Exor HMI (J mobile).
We have two energy meters supplying Modbus data. We want to capture the data from 6 data points : date, time, flow, temperature in, temperature out and electricity used and then provide a real time dashboard of information and energy calculations from the data. I would like this dashboard to be on a windows application but also allow the information to be supplied to a company wide Scada system. The information should have a feature to allow us to select the data from different time periods. eg daily, monthly annually as well as the real time information. The calculations will be simple formulas to allow the data analysis to be presented on the desktop. The 4 Data input panels will have a UI with Keypad for data input. The data should be stored in an excel sheet/google sheets/ any other data representation method. As it is an industrial setup, we need keypads that will ensure rugged usage. None of these panels will be connected to any of the machines in the industry. We just need this for data tracking of our products. So the user will just input the production data and that data needs to be saved some format.
I would like someone to develop a predictive maintenance solution which takes in Vibration, temperature and shock data and predict. if the motor is in good condition or about to fail . I would want to develop a model file and use the model file for predictions.
