RFID (Radio-frequency identification) Jobs

RFID (Radio-frequency identification) is a contactless technology that uses radio waves to send and receive data between the scanning device and tags equipped with a microchip that stores information. An RFID Expert can help develop an inventory system, automate data collection, and track assets in an efficient manner. It improves accuracy, reduces manual labor costs, and enables more data to be collected in less time.

Here's some projects that our RFIDs Experts made real:

  • Developing secure authentication systems using RFID technologies
  • Crafting innovative mobile applications to access information via NFC technology
  • Designing powerful integrations to data commerce software, like Magento
  • Identifying communication frequencies using specialized simulation software
  • Building web applications to collect patient data with RFID technology
  • Coding efficient Arduino sketches for various RFIDs and NFCs
  • Modelling computation networks via Longley–Rice algorithm for radio coverage estimation

Whether it's automating a data-driven process or making authentication systems more secure, our experts are always up to the task in creating great solutions that utilize the power of radio frequencies. We invite your organization to post your own project on Freelancer.com and hire a competent RFID Expert who can provide tailored solutions for your specific needs.

From 5,380 reviews, clients rate our RFID Experts 4.7 out of 5 stars.

I need a custom single/multiple-turn loop antenna designed and working physical prototype fabricated. The target band is low frequency (LF), and the antenna will be used exclusively for near-field coupling applications. What I’m expecting from you is a complete, start-to-finish service: H-field antenna designed according to specified, fixed dimensions, selection of suitable conductor and core materials (as well as tuning capacitors or ferrite sheets if required), then the actual fabrication of a working custom prototype that I can test using my own setup. Deliverables • Simulation files (HFSS, CST, or similar) showing impedance, Q-factor and coupling coefficient at the target LF band • Manufacturing drawings or Gerber files if a PCB-based loop is the better approach ...

PROJECT SUMMARY: I need an experienced RF/NFC hardware engineer to design a compact, modular 4×4 NFC sensor array board. The board will be used to detect and identify NFC-tagged objects placed on a flat surface (e.g., industrial tray, logistics sorting grid, or interactive tabletop application). Multiple boards (up to 6) will be tiled together to cover larger surfaces. Each board must detect and report the UID of ISO 14443 and ISO 15693 NFC tags placed on any of its 16 positions, within 500ms scan time for the full array. This is not a greenfield project. I have an existing but non-functional 6-layer PCB design (EasyEDA source files available) that attempted this with an ST25R3916B, STM32L476, analog multiplexers, P-MOSFETs, and PIN diodes simultaneously. The design is overenginee...
