I’m used to tight specs: frame order, padding, and transparent BG. i would like to know the below. - Which two animations do you want by default (e.g., idle + walk, or walk + attack), and what exact frame order should I follow? - What are the required canvas size, per‑frame padding, and final export format (packed sheet only or sheet + individual frames)? I think we should. - Lock a simple naming/versioning scheme (char_action_f01) to avoid any mixups at scale. - Use a shared color palette and anchor/pivot template so all sheets align perfectly in‑game. Lets follow a plan like this. - I sketch 2–3 quick character thumbnails and confirm the pick with you. - I block the key poses, then inbetween to reach 8 frames per animation. - I polish timing, clean pixels/vectors, and align pivots across all frames. - I export per your PDF (sheet + optional frames), run a quick flipbook test, and deliver.
