An upcoming entertainment series for YouTube demands a single creator who can fluidly combine 2D and 3D animation into one cohesive story video. The narrative direction, characters, and shot list are already drafted, so the core mission is to bring them to life with believable, realistic characters rendered in a style that feels cinematic yet playful enough for Shorts and longer-form uploads. Scope of work • Blend hand-drawn-style 2D layers with fully lit 3D scenes, using whichever pipeline you prefer (After Effects, Blender, Maya, Toon Boom, etc.) as long as cuts feel seamless. • Drive the story through AI-assisted tools when useful—whether that means rapid storyboard generation, background expansion, or lip-sync passes—while still exercising a strong animator’s eye for polish. • Design every principal character from scratch based on my references, ensuring anatomy and facial expressions read as realistic. • Edit the final piece in a way that serves two lengths: a vertical YouTube Short (≤60 s) and a horizontal long-form version (≈4–5 min), both delivered in 4K ready-to-upload H.264 plus project source files. • Layer in bespoke sound effects, ambience, and background music so pacing lands and emotional beats hit cleanly. I will provide VO; you will clean and mix it. Acceptance criteria 1. Animation playback is smooth at 24 fps without jitter or off-model poses. 2. Transitions between 2D and 3D elements feel intentional, not jarring. 3. Color, lighting, and grade remain consistent across all shots. 4. Audio is balanced to broadcast standards; dialogue never drowns under music/SFX. 5. All assets are original or properly licensed, and full rights transfer on payment. This role is open exclusively to Philippine-based creators because of timezone collaboration needs and cultural nuances in the script.
