Web Bot Animated Avatar Build

I need a single, end-to-end solution that turns written or spoken bot replies into a lively, lip-synced 2D avatar on the web. The work starts with concept art because I have no existing assets. From there you will illustrate, rig, and skin the character in Spine, export it for the Spine-JS / PixiJS runtime, and embed it in a small demo page that calls a dummy bot API. Key goals • Original avatar artwork in a clean, layered format ready for rigging • Spine file fully rigged for mouth shapes, eye blinks, subtle head movement and a handful of emotional gestures • JavaScript module that loads the Spine export via PixiJS, maps incoming text (or audio) to visemes and triggers the right animation states • Simple HTML page showing the avatar listening, thinking, and replying—each reply must animate in sync with the text string returned by the API Acceptance criteria 1. Avatar renders at 60 fps in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari without visual artifacts. 2. Mouth shapes change frame-accurately to the generated viseme sequence (I will provide a JSON array for testing). 3. Gesture states can be triggered through a single function call such as playState('wave'). 4. Project delivered as Spine project file, exported JSON/atlas, source artwork, minified JS module, and demo HTML.
