Cost-Efficient Indoor Playground CAD & Renders

I have secured a 14,000–15,000 SF raw shell inside a larger ALDI building (my space is the entire right side) that will become an indoor playground with a café, nail spa and multiple party rooms. Before construction starts, I need a complete digital package that helps me keep costs down by working with the utilities already in place and avoiding any unnecessary concrete cutting. The first step is a full detailed as-built survey. I need CAD files that capture the exact dimensions plus every visible structural, electrical and plumbing element so we can overlay new work without surprises. Once the existing conditions are documented, I’ll need 2D architectural floor plans that show walls, play structures, nail spa stations, party rooms and the café. The café layout must illustrate seating arrangements, a service/display counter and all counter work behind it. Electrical and plumbing routes should be planned around what we already have in the slab or ceiling so contractors can price the job aggressively. Finally, I’ll present the concept to partners and local officials, so polished 3D renderings of the key zones—the playground floor, café, party rooms and entrance lobby—are essential.
