Hello, I can design a practical east facing 25 ft × 70 ft house plan with clear separation between residential and office use while optimizing ventilation, space efficiency, and Vastu principles. My approach will ensure a dedicated office entry with workspace, common bathroom and kitchen support, while keeping the residential 1 BHK on the ground floor fully independent. Parking for 2 cars and bike space will be planned at the front with proper circulation, along with small landscaped green areas at front and rear for light and airflow. On the first floor, I will design a balanced 2BHK with puja room and a partially open terrace, ensuring privacy, natural light, and cross ventilation with thoughtful room placement and window orientation on both sides where possible.
