1-Minute Stylized Promo Video

I'm looking for a talented 3D visualizer to create a 1-minute promotional video for a commercial complex. The video should be stylized, with a modern and sleek atmosphere. Key Requirements: - Aerial view from a helicopter - Building name displayed on top and side - Smooth transition to the front view Ideal Skills and Experience: - Expertise in 3D architectural rendering - Strong eye for modern and sleek design - Experience in creating high-quality promotional videos Please provide samples of similar work. What is required A promotion to show what the sites would look like when the project is finished. About 1 minute or so, it is an opener, the next will walk into the building, this is just show how impressive the site is. After the landing, then there will be 30 seconds plus of tech data to come up. Names will change for each promotion. This is only a suggestion. It is to promote the size of the building, the perpective of size and the clients name, as we promote to different companies the names will change. Visual Specs: Structure: A massive industrial/modern good looking landmark building. A 10 degrees low pitched roof. It opens with a helicopter (we could be looking through the front and side of the helicopter windows, adding the impact) flying high, like a helicopter, over and industrial estate, industrial buildings and factories, all smaller than ours. It comes down circling around to show, the Kinetic Energy+ roof, (name on both sides of the pitched roof) The helicopter lowers down going, down the side (showing the name from a distance, (impact the size) in 20 meter letters) and then coming around the front showing the name again on the front and the, people cars and semi trailer before landing at an angle to show the perspective of the building size, the length and width. Scale is 100m long and 30m high at the sides, 10deg pitched roof and 30 meters wide with a large door opening taking up the righthand side 10 meters at the front and a semitrailer just about to drive in. (Linfox) But you do not see inside the building, because the semi trailer is in the way. Angle: A low-angle, wide-lens "hero shot" from the ground, looking up. This makes the building look powerful and imposing. The helicopter has landed in the paddock / field next door. This is a single shot and/or a moving shot, suitable for phone, tablet PC and web site. The height of the letters are 20 meters. The name on the side in 3D clear to read, is “Kinetic Energy” in reflective colours blue and silver. Looks good. The building could be any of the colours from this site, what would pack the best punch of quality but “look at me” value with the colour of the letters. Brochures and Swatches | COLORBOND® steel NOT white Atmosphere: Clean, high-end, and "blue-chip." Think architectural visualization, not just a warehouse. Separate office area is not required, just the building, no windows required. Scale Markers: Include a high-end sports car “McLaren Senna GTR” orange in colour out the front. and a few people out the front near the semi trailer and the cars to provide a visual reference for the building's massive height. And for scale also a Volvo Semitrailer similar from this site (or representation) and the colours and name from this site.
