Industrial Product Designer: 3D CAD Design for Automated Helmet Cleaning Machine Cabinet

Job Description Overview: I am seeking a skilled Industrial/3D Designer to develop a production-ready cabinet design for an automated helmet cleaning machine. This project requires a balance of mechanical functionality, ergonomic user access, and professional aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: Create a detailed 3D CAD model of the machine cabinet based on internal component specifications. Ensure the design accounts for internal hardware placement (ESP32 controllers, sensors, pumps, and cleaning mechanisms). Provide a Complete Technical Drawing Package (including dimensions, tolerances, and assembly views). Generate Manufacturing Files suitable for a cabinet manufacturer (specifically .STEP, .DXF, and .PDF blueprints). Requirements: Expertise in SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, or Inventor. Experience in designing enclosures for electronics or mechanical appliances. Strong understanding of material constraints (Sheet metal, Acrylic, or Wood/MDF).
