Lithium Rack Design & Schematics

I’m putting together a compact rack that can hold anywhere from one to three 48 V lithium battery packs, all wired in parallel. Each pack must have its own breaker before joining a common bulk-feed busbar. 1) 19 INCH MODULE BATT:LFP; 48 V; 3 Kwh and 19 INCH MODULE BATT:LFP; 48 V; 5 Kwh using the same rack . To accomedate up upto 3 modules ( Lentgh 600mm x Depth 600mm and Height suggested 1600mm including Plinth ) These modules aer 3u each , there must be 1u space in between for airflow 19 INCH MODULE BATT:LFP; 48 V; 10 Kwh and 19 INCH MODULE BATT:LFP; 48 V; 15 Kwh9 INCH using the same rack . To accomedate up upto 2 modules ( Lentgh 600mm x Depth 800mm and Height suggested 1600mm including Plinth ) These modules are 5/6u each , there must be 1u space in between for airflow I need complete documentation for fabrication and electrical sign-off: General Arrangement drawings that show physical layout and clearances, a single-line diagram illustrating protection and busbar connections, and detailed electrical schematics with wire sizes, breaker specifications and labeling. Please model the enclosure to two enclosures so that any pack can be added or removed without disturbing the rest, and size the copper busbar for 6 hours discharge/recharge time .Ventilation, cable routing, and earthing points should follow good practice for lithium installations. I’ll review drawings in DWG or STEP along with a PDF set; comments will be returned within 48 hours for one round of updates. Make provision for connection point to Charger + and 1 Deliverables • GA drawing (2D + exploded view) • Electrical schematic (48 V, 100 A per pack, parallel topology) • Single-line diagram with breakers, busbar and main feed * Supply DWG files * Rack Labelling to be included. I’ll sign off when the drawings are complete, dimensions and part numbers are clear, and the schematics pass a quick rule-check in my design tool.
